Colleulivo was born from the passion of Paola, a mother and grandmother with a deep family tradition rooted in cooking.
Raised among the recipes of her grandparents and aunts, she transformed her love for Italian cuisine into a unique experience to share with travelers and food lovers.
After years of practice and training, today Paola teaches with enthusiasm the art of fresh pasta and traditional pizza, offering authentic moments that blend culture, conviviality, and taste.
